The DUT08 is largely based on the succesful DUT07. A large amount of parts however have been radically redesigned, resulting in a completely new car. With the low center of gravity, a mass of only 158 kg and the improved spring-damper system the car is designed to again be one of the fastest cars on the track.

The car has achieved great results: a 2nd place at the FSUK event, twice the fuel-economy award at both FSUK and FSG and finally, the Championship Title in the overall ranking at the FSG Germany event!
