On Wednesday the 14th of December, a group of 25 team members went to the KartFabrique in Maarssen for the third evening in a series of kart outings. Earlier, there have been kart outings in Roosendaal and Dordrecht. It was nice to see that multiple team members made impressive progress in their kart driving skills. Read more…
Wednesday the 9th of November the Rabobank organised its Membership Day in ‘Sportpaleis Alkmaar’, completely devoted to sustainability. The presence of Jacqueline Cramer, former Dutch minister of Housing, Planning and Environment completed the theme by being one of the speakers. On this day, several other presentations were held by authorities in the field of sustainability.
The Challenge
After DUT Racing won twice this year at Silverstone and Hockenheim it is time to put the DUT11 to the test once again. The DUT11 accepted the challenge to race against a Tesla Roadster on the 15th of October. The Tesla Roadster is a completely electric sports car. We raced at Valkenburg airport, we set out a drag race of 75 and 150 meters.
Besides DUT Racing, Interdam projects and Connekt Duurzame Logistiek were also present. Berend Groeneveld from Interdam projects took on the DUT11 with his Tesla Roadster. Arjen Wittekoek co-organiser helped with all the promotion. Read more…
